In-Home Care Services
We are there for our clients as a person. Our passion is to encourage healing of the mind, body and spirit so your loved one can live life to its full potential.
Types Of Care
In-home care plans are personalized to every family with the goal on creating meaningful relationships, a safe home environment and improved comfort, healthy habits and social engagement. Our care professionals are trained to address fall risks and to help prevent hospital readmissions. We tailor our services to your unique situation and adjust as your needs change.
From brief check-in visits to round-the-clock care, we offer three levels of support:
For loved ones who are independent and could use a little help here and there. Our care professionals provide driving, help with errands, companionship, light housekeeping and meal preparation. Our Companionship Care clients generally use services 1 to 3 times per week.
For loved ones who depend on more regular care to manage activities of daily living (ADL’s). Clients may have a medical diagnosis that contributes to care requirements like Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke or physical injury. Our care professionals provide Companion Care services, and also provide personal care, medication reminders and regular meal reminders/preparation.
For loved ones who depend completely on care for all activities of daily living (ADL’s). Our care professionals for Complete Care are able to manage complicated care needs with gentleness and skill. Our care professionals help with transferring and walking. They support families and can provide continuous communication by staying connected with family members.
