Kind Care Connections was founded on a mission to help families achieve a greater quality of life through teamwork, comfort, healthy habits and a safe home environment. Independently owned and operated, Kind Care Connections has grown to serve Chino Hills and surrounding areas within the Inland Empire and Orange County.
We work in collaboration with healthcare experts and industry leaders to raise industry standards and provide the highest level of in-home care. If private home care is not the right solution, we can provide referrals to home health, hospice, placement agencies and free community programs that qualified families may benefit from.
Serving our clients with compassionate and responsive care is not our only passion. We also strive to create job security and career growth for a better tomorrow.
My entry into home care began when my mother was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease, placing her on dialysis and the national organ transplant list. I took on the new role as mom's care provider and managed all Activities of Daily Living and secondary conditions for years. Dialysis. Dietary Restrictions. Hypertension. Diabetes. Ongoing infections. Hospitalizations. I understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving along with the importance of trust, comfort and safety when finding the best care for family.
Those years opened my eyes to the needs in the home care industry. Caregivers were underappreciated and crucial resources to help families were not provided. Patients were just a diagnosis and their overall well-being was completely overlooked. I knew I had to get involved somehow and searched for a way I could provide the attention and time that families need with the standard of excellence they deserve.
Kind Care Connections is built on my commitment to set the standard. My personal mission in life is to educate, bring awareness and to be of value to as many people as possible; and to do so with passion, compassion and humor. Sometimes what's on paper is not enough and that's where the human element comes in - going the extra mile by connecting and building meaningful relationships is what makes a difference. When the work you do has an impact on the lives of others, every detail matters. That's why we bring every ounce of our efforts everyday! I truly love what I do and it's an honor to serve each family.
